We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Associate to assist in the executing of our group’s international marketing strategies.
Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence in all locations as well as also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, content, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute all aspects of our digital marketing department group wide including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance (weekly, daily and monthly).
- Coordinate with advertising and media publishers (third party) to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all promotions, contests, giveaways, App Store optimisation and other digital projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tech, Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English is compulsory as it is the language of communication within the group.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Advertising Channels: Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video).
- Experience with LinkedIn Advertisement and Native Advertisement like taboola, outbrain is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Background working with landing pages tools like Instapages, type forms.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Experience with data analytics Example: Tableau is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
